Booking and Payment:
- a. To secure a spot at our wellness retreat, participants must complete the online registration form and submit a non-refundable deposit of £350 GBP per person.
- b. Full payment for the retreat must be received no later than August 5th, 2024, or at the time of registering if after this date.
- c. Payment can be made via direct bank transfer or the provided online payment link.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- a. Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable).
- b. Cancellations before July 3rd, 2024, are eligible for a full refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- c. Cancellations between July 4th, 2024, and August 5th, 2024, will be eligible for a 50% refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- d. Cancellations from August 6th onwards within 30 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Glacé Retreats:
- a. We require a minimum number of participants by August 8th, 2024. If not met, the retreat will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- b. In unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat, providing a full refund to participants.
Participant Responsibilities:
- a. Participants are responsible for their health and well-being, seeking advice from healthcare providers before engaging in new activities.
- b. Medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions should be communicated at the time of booking.
- c. Participants must follow guidelines for safety and respect for others.
Program Changes:
- a. We may adjust the retreat itinerary as circumstances require.
- b. Significant changes will be communicated to participants promptly.
Travel and Insurance:
- a. Participants are responsible for their travel.
- b. Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Liability:
- a. While we prioritise safety, we are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages during the retreat.
- b. Participants are encouraged to obtain personal liability insurance.
Privacy:
- a. Participants agree to our privacy policy.
- b. Personal information will not be disclosed without consent.
Force Majeure:
- a. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- b. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide alternatives.
Dispute Resolution:
- a. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
- b. Parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before legal action.
Acceptance:
- a. By booking, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
- b. Participants will read specific retreat guidelines and rules upon arrival.
Governing Law:
- a. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
- b. Legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
